Drive by the property to make sure you like the location and general set up of the property. Do not disturb current tenants.

Review all application requirements and frequently asked questions. if you meet the requirements, call to request interior showing appointment. (WE DO NOT CHECK OUT KEYS)

Fill out application completely, with all supporting documentation and turn in with processing fee. *Incomplete applications cannot be processed. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days providing contacted references respond timely.

If approved, and an offer to sign a lease is extended, be prepared to sign the lease with rent and security deposit. Payable by check or money order. (electronic payments not accepted). Move in!
